Little Log House Pioneer Village :: Hastings MN

Cozy and inviting, the Little Log House Village Hall is a beautiful facility for wedding receptions, special occasions, holiday parties, reunions, meetings and corporate functions.

The inner beauty of Little Log House Village Hall is visually stunning as you glance up at its 40-foot-tall vaulted ceiling constructed with douglas fir wood rafters that date back to the early 1800's. Ten hand-crafted iron chandeliers hang from the rafters and provide intimate lighting. The walls and floors are made of pine and fill the room with an aroma and feeling of a warm country cabin.

The Little Log House Village Hall is available to rent year round for your event.

Security Personnel Fee: $225.00

(Returned within 10 days of event date, provided no damage is found)

CATERING

The Little Log House Village Hall allows outside full service caterers to provide food service for your event. All caterer's must have a caterer's license from the Minnesota Department of Health, be insured and provide staff for all cleanup (bus tables, clean kitchen, etc.)during and after the meal is served

BEVERAGE SERVICE
The Little Log House Village Hall is the exclusive licensed beverage/alcohol service provider for all events at the Little Log House Pioneer Village. Absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises by any guest or event attendee. For more information on beverage services, please contact us

TERMS
50 percent of rental fee down payment due at the time of the booking to make a reservation

• Balance of the rental fee, security personnel fee, catering fee, bar set-up fee & damage deposit due 30 days prior to the event date
• Linen fees due 7-10 days prior to the event date
• All down payments are non-refundable and must be made in order to hold an event date - the deposit is applied toward the hall rental fee
• In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeited
